Once your order has been processed and shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
PurrfectSoles may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offer will be shown on the website or at checkout when available.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, product availability, and other factors outside of our control.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other unexpected issues may affect delivery time.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
PurrfectSoles is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
Tracking Information
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped. In some cases, tracking updates may take a few business days to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
PurrfectSoles is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local carrier, or your building/mailroom first.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
International Shipping
At this time, shipping availability may vary by location. If international shipping is available, any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
PurrfectSoles is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged by customs authorities.
Order Changes and Cancellations

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.
